Beyomi Programs combine practices to remove body disequilibrium and inconsistency, establishing strength and body conditioning.
The program is based on a simple concept: understand the role our mind plays in managing feelings, emotions and self-limitations during prolonged stretching, training, running and intense effort.

Beyond Your Mind is based on five combined and mixed disciplines to gradually teach and challenge you and let you know that everyone can achieve results beyond their motivation.

Yoga, Coordination & Strength

VINYASA & YIN YOGA

Athletic Yoga practice. Dynamic, physically and spiritually energising form of yoga that sculpts, improves and tones every muscle in the body. Techniques are characterised by flowing poses and sequences linked to the breath, using postures and conscious breathing in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength, flexibility and relaxation.

Yin Yoga is slow and meditative. Poses are held for 4 minutes for deep stretching of the body’s connective tissues and joints. It allows progressively regain human mobility, movement capabilities and range of motion.

COORDINATION & STRENGTH

A 45-minute full-body conditioning workout designed to sculpt and tone the arms, legs, glutes and core with the weight of your body and the use of resistance loop bands. Each exercise is performed at different tempo variations, enabling full-muscle fibre recruitment to help strengthen the muscle and improve the range of movement. Expect “EMOMs” and “AMRAPs” combining effective high-intensity training and strength workouts to elevate heart rate, coordination and balance.
A pyramid-style, full-body metabolic conditioning workout. The intensity builds throughout this workout as each set increases with time. The practice ends with an abdominal blast finisher and a deep, relaxing stretching.

Beyond Your Mind

COMPOUND TRAINING

Train like an athlete in this fast-paced journey, focusing on speed, agility, strength and stamina. A mixture of plyometric, multidimensional, sport-based exercises that will develop your stability, endurance and fitness. Build a strong and resilient body focusing on form, control and mindset.
Compound Training is a new well-being concept developed to combine multiple muscle groups in an easy and fun way, compounding exercises using Tempo, EMOM and AMRAP, Running, Mobility, Yoga and Stretching.
The purpose is to reach peak performance and be able to execute different types and intensities of training daily, overcoming self-limitations.
This program aims for long-term results, longevity and wellbeing for your body, mind and soul.

Running

RUNNING LAB

Running is part of wellbeing and lifestyle focused on your physical and mental health.
The Running Lab follows a monthly schedule and is ideal for beginners and those aiming to build endurance, improve their form, or rediscover the joy of running in a supportive environment.

Our approach is designed to suit real-world conditions, helping participants navigate various terrains and weather while prioritizing injury prevention.
We believe that an essential part of wellbeing is cultivating habits that provide energy and connect our mind and body to overcome hard times or daunting challenges.
Sessions are online and in-person and currently take place in London and Barcelona.

Individual Coaching aims to take the client to another level for the long game, addressing nutrition, fitness goals, healthy habits, cardiovascular training, endurance, mobility, recovery and mindfulness.
These sessions are tailored for people who want to regain confidence, move better, live longer, reach their full potential and perform at the very best of their capabilities in life and competitions.
We combine disciplines such as calisthenics and spartan, endurance, strength, conditioning, running, swimming, plyometric drills, coordination, self-defence, yoga and flexibility.
We will change your body, wellbeing and health but most importantly we will prime your habits, confidence and mindset, challenging yourself and breaking your limitations.
